POCIS Northwest is a consortium of NWAIS independent schools, and it exists to help people of color thrive in independent schools.

POCIS Northwest is a consortium independent schools in the NW that strives to connect, empower, and strengthen Black, Indigenous and people of color by providing opportunities and programming for education, growth, and community engagement. This website serves as a hub where people of color can find DEI-focused programming, admissions information, job postings, community events, and networking opportunities within independent schools.
